What is best, healing On-Line or In-Person?

When it comes to energy healing, distance is no barrier. Energy transcends time and space, meaning deep healing can happen whether we’re together in person or connecting online. 
Each option has its own gifts: 
-Online sessions allow you to rest in the comfort of your own space, which often enhances ease and relaxation. 
-In-person sessions offer a shared physical presence that can feel grounding and deeply nourishing. 
Ultimately, it’s about what feels best for you.


Do I need to share all my past pain or trauma?

Not at all. Much of the healing we do works beyond the mind—through the body, breath, and energy. You don’t need to remember or retell every story for healing to happen. Your body holds the wisdom and the imprint of your experiences. Healing unfolds through presence, not pressure. You are always welcome to share as much or as little as you feel called to. 


What if I don’t know how to connect to my body or emotions—or I’m scared to?

This is so common, especially if disconnection has been your way of coping or staying safe. I’ve been there too. 
The truth is, that disconnection once served you—but now, you’re choosing a new path. 
Together, we will gently begin to meet the numbness, the resistance, and the fear with compassion. There’s no rush. This is deep work, and it takes time. I will hold space for you as we softly dismantle the walls and begin to feel—safely and with support.
Often, our first session together is to feel the numbness, disconnect and resistance to feel. 
This is deep work and can take time. Easy does it.


What if I get stuck in painful emotions during the session?

The pain you carry is already stuck within you. This work is about unblocking it—so it can finally move, complete its cycle, and release. 
 Emotions are like waves. They rise, crest, and fall. 
With loving guidance, we allow them to be fully felt and safely processed, rather than suppressed. 
You don’t have to do it alone. I will be with you every step of the way, helping your body learn that it’s safe to feel again.  


How can I prepare for a Healing session?  
 Here are some gentle suggestions to support your experience: 

Set the space: 
For online sessions, create a calming environment—think soft lighting, cozy blankets, gentle music, essential oils—anything that helps you feel safe and at ease. 

Set an intention: 
You may wish to tune in to what you’d like to shift or receive. It could be a belief, emotion, physical tension, or simply openness to healing. 

Trust you will receive exactly what you need. 
Soften the mind: Healing happens mostly beyond the logical mind. Try to invite a sense of surrender, letting go of the need to understand or control. 

Drink water & be gentle with yourself: 
Hydration helps energy flow and release. 
Give yourself space and gentleness before and after the session to integrate the healing that unfolds.. 


What does it mean to heal at the energetic level—and what are the benefits? 

Everything is energy—your body, emotions, thoughts, even beliefs. Each one carries a vibrational frequency. 
When we hold onto unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, or suppressed pain, our energy becomes heavy and stagnant. This can leave us feeling tired, anxious, disconnected, or unwell. 
Energetic healing helps you gently release these stored imprints layer by layer—freeing your system to return to its natural state of balance.
