1. Settle & Ground
Take 3 deep breaths.
Feel supported by the earth.
Set an intention (e.g., “I am open to healing and balance.”)
2. Root Chakra – Muladhara (Base of spine)

🌿Visualize a red light at your base. Inhale into it. Exhale tension.
3. Sacral Chakra – Svadhisthana (Lower abdomen)
✨ Affirmation: I flow with ease and creativity.
🌿Visualize an orange light. Breathe into your lower belly. Feel emotional release.
4. Solar Plexus – Manipura (Upper abdomen)
✨Affirmation: I am confident, powerful, and worthy..
🌿Picture a golden light. Breathe in strength, exhale doubt.
5.Heart Chakra – Anahata (Center of chest)
✨Affirmation: I give and receive love freely.
🌿Visualize green light. Inhale compassion, exhale heaviness.
6. Throat Chakra – Vishuddha (Throat)
✨Affirmation: I express my truth with clarity and kindness.
🌿Picture sky-blue light. Breathe into your neck. Feel openness.
7. Third Eye – Ajna (Between eyebrows)
✨Affirmation: I trust my intuition and inner wisdom.
🌿Visualize indigo light. Breathe into your forehead. Invite clarity.
8. Crown Chakra – Sahasrara (Top of head)
✨Affirmation: I am connected to divine wisdom and peace.
🌿Picture violet or white light. Feel spacious, peaceful, and connected.
9. Integrate & Close
Visualize all chakras glowing in harmony.
Take a few grounding breaths. Gently return to the present.
