Refresh your body and mind with simple, grounding practices.
1. Settle Into Stillness (1–2 minutes)
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distraction.
Close your eyes. Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly. Take a few deep,
slow breaths. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
With each breath, allow your body to soften, and let yourself land fully in this
moment.

2. Clear and Ground Your Energy (2–3 minutes)
Visualize any heavy, stagnant, or scattered energy gently flowing down and out of your body
into the earth. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the ground, anchoring
you.
Feel yourself becoming more present, steady, and supported. You may gently tap your chest,
arms, and legs to awaken and reconnect with your body.
You can also place your feet flat on the floor and press down firmly to ground your
energy.
✨ Try: Holding a grounding crystal (e.g. black tourmaline, smoky quartz) or placing it at your
feet.
3. Reconnect with Breath & Body (2 minutes)
Breathe in for a count of 4… hold for 2… breathe out for a count of 6.
Repeat this calming breath cycle for a few rounds, letting tension melt away with each
exhale.
Bring awareness to your body—scan slowly from head to toe. Notice where you may be holding
tension or emotion.
Send compassion and breath to those places without judgment.

centre.”
4. Invite Light & Renewal (1–2 minutes)
Visualize a soft, warm light above your head—like golden sunlight or healing energy.
With each inhale, imagine this light gently flowing into your body—cleansing, restoring,
rebalancing.
Let the light move through your entire being, filling you with warmth, peace, and renewed
energy.
